Ambassadors
Volunteers responsible for Chamber member recognition and networking programs. A one time initiation fee of $90 and annual membership dues of $20 is applicable to this group.
Connection Council
The Connection Council is a newly formed networking group that features subject-matter experts, local and industry-based professionals and other speakers that combine all the great information and resources that were previously provided at our individual council meetings (HR, Non-Profit, Manufacturing, Black Business Council and Entrepreneur) because the information is too important and universal to all business leaders to have separate councils. Networking with other business owners is not only a way to build your business, but also provides an opportunity to meet and learn about your neighbors here in Marion, Ohio. Members meet nine times a year, September through May, on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 12:00-1:00 in the Chamber Garden Room, where lunch is provided. During these sessions, members will hear from a variety of leaders spanning across multiple sectors of business. Whether you are an HR professional, Non-profit Executive, an Entrepreneur, a minority business owner, or manufacturing company, these sessions offer valuable insight that will be beneficial to your business. An additional annual membership fee of $100.00 covers the cost of the lunch meetings.
Leadership Marion!
Participants attend nine sessions beginning with an opening retreat in September and continuing with a one day session each month through May. During this time, they have the opportunity to develop and implement new leadership skills as well as learn about the community of Marion. The program fee for participation in the program is $850.
Marion Area Safety Council
Regular educational meetings for those responsible for safety in their workplace. An additional annual membership fee of $150 is applicable and covers the cost of lunch meetings.
